Note for Parents & Teachers
This follows the NCERT Class 5 chapter "Coconut Farm". Dividend = divisor x quotient + remainder (N = D x Q + R). To divide 1,248 by 6, split it as 1,200 + 48. To divide by 4, halve twice. When a place cannot be shared, write 0 in the quotient, so 3,005 ÷ 5 = 601.
