Answer: +3 - Goal difference = goals scored - goals conceded = 7 - 4 = +3.
Team Eagles scored 5 goals and conceded 9 goals this season. What is their goal difference?
Answer:
Answer: -4 - 5 - 9 = -4, so their goal difference is negative.
On a bar graph, Team A's bar reaches 6 goals and Team B's bar reaches 9 goals. How many more goals did Team B score?
Answer: 3 - 9 - 6 = 3 more goals.
If a team has a goal difference of 0, what does that mean?
Answer: They scored the same number of goals as they conceded - A goal difference of 0 means goals scored equals goals conceded.
