Note for Parents & Teachers
This follows the NCERT Class 4 chapter "Data Handling". A good survey question gets one clear answer from each person, such as "Which drill do you like the most?". Tally marks, tables and picture graphs make the answers easier to read. In a picture graph with a key, one picture can stand for 2 or 5. At home, ask each person for a favourite fruit and make a tally and a picture graph.
