Note for Parents & Teachers

This follows the NCERT Class 3 chapter "Raksha Bandhan". When the ones add up to 10 or more, carry a ten. When you cannot take away, borrow a ten from the next place. To check a subtraction, add the answer back to the number taken away. At home, use coins or counters to show a ten being swapped for ten ones.
