Note for Parents & Teachers
This follows the NCERT Class 1 Maths chapter on Measurement. At home, compare real things together (which spoon is longer, which bag is heavier) and try measuring something with a handspan or footspan, just like in the worksheet. Question 14 is the trickiest - it asks why two people get different handspan counts for the same bench; talk through it together: a smaller hand needs more handspans to cover the same length.
